Rarely Asked Questions

Q: Why do you blog?
A: I just enjoy writing, whether or not it has a coherent flow. That's why I add drawings for flavor. Plus, I have an internet addiction so I should spend some of my time being productive.

Q: How long have you been drawing?
A: I've been drawing for as long as I can remember. I started by copying my favorite cartoon characters on tracing paper, then got many, many books on how to draw and took many, many art classes and put my parents in a little bit of debt. I think I got the hang of it.

Q: How often do you publish posts?
A: Well, the goal has always been to post on a bi-weekly to weekly basis. However, I have a dog and Husband that are very distracting and need to be walked constantly. I have only recently started trusting both to go outside by themselves so that I can get some work done.

Q: Don't you have anything better to do?
A: Good question. Do you have any suggestions? Because unless it involves cake or pie, I don't think I'd be interested.

Q: What do you do outside of blogging?
A: I'm a theatre graduate, so I do a bit of acting for film and TV, which really means I'm a professional auditioner. I'm also heavily involved in the Anomaly Podcast community, as a staff writer for the Anomaly blog and a co-host of Anomaly Supplemental with Sue, Anne, and Sarah. And I continue my doodling and writing in the outside world.

Q: How many degrees away from Kevin Bacon are you?
A: Three, but I also like to say I'm six degrees away because some of the people in between are Star Trek alum. True story.
